We cannot all be officers, too many chiefs and not enough indians is not a viable group.

INITIATE

-  Level 1-79.

-  After 1 month in guild may participate in guild draw.

-  Once an initiate reaches 80 the increase in rank will be judged by time in guild.

 

PRIVATE

-  Level 80.  

-  After 30 - 45 days or 1 - 1 1/2 months in guild member will be considered for promotion.

 

CORPORAL

-   Level 80.  

-  After 120 days or 4 months in the guild member will be considered for promotion.

 

SERGEANT

-  Level 80.

-  After 180 days or 6 months in the guild member will be considered for promotion.

 

MASTER SERGEANT

-  Level 80.

-  After 1 year in the guild member will be considered for promotion

 

HONOR GUARD

At this level the guild member should be: 

-  Level 80.

-  Prompt, ready, flasks, repair, food buff etc. in place, on a continuing basis

-  Running heroics; prompt & completely ready to begin the heroic once you join the group.

-  Help guild mates with those things they need rather than what you need.

-  Being a good gamer and an honorable person within the game. 

 

SENIOR GUARD:  (NON-OFFICER POSITION)

-  Senior member of the guild. 

-  Knowledge of class.

-  Mentor.

-  Time in the guild as required above. 

 

RAID COMMANDER:  (RAID OFFICER)

-  As above 

-  Competent to lead 25-man raids with knowledge and expertise at a senior level.

-  Above average interpersonal skills.

-  Minimum of 1-month being mentored by a Warlord in the intricacies of leadership.

 

FIELD MARSHAL: (SENIOR OFFICER)

-   Officer of the Guild.

-   Considered imperatus in his/her absence.
