PEOPLE LEAVING GUILD:

Addressed the fact that we are seeing several people leaving the guild.  Guilds run incycles of acceleration and decline, it is a fact of the game. We are seeing some long time members leave to join a guild they feel is achieving more than AR. At the same time we are taking on members to replace those that left. There will be a time of adjustment that we must be patient with. It may affect our raiding for a while, but we will adjust and continue moving forward in raids. Be patient. Do not be judgemental of those that left.

DRAMA:

Although we try very hard in AR to keep troublemakers out of the guild, inevitably some get under the radar and become one of us. Troublemakers spend their time causing unrest amongst guild members. It is what they enjoy doing. It happened and we lost people we know, skilled players that we will miss. The effect cannot be undone, however, the person is no longer in the guild and we shall move on. AR overcame these problems before and we will overcome them again.

GUILD BANK:

Requested donations to guild bank. Bank tabs are depleting. The money made from donations accumulates in the total gold in the bank. Presently only FM are being helped with raid repair, the goal would be for the top ranks all to be helped with guild repair gold. For this to happen we need many more donations to bank.

 RAID SCHEDULE:

The raiding schedule can only be subject to having enough people online to join the scheduled raid. Raid Commanders generally begin invites for raids about 15 minutes before it is supposed to begin. They assess the number of people and classes online with the scheduled raid. If it is not possible to run the scheduled raid they decide on a raid that would be possible to run with the avialable people. If you come online a little late and find the scheduled raid is changed and in progress, please do not complain.

 ALTS:

We do not want to fill up AR with low level characters. The recuiting is limited to level 80 chars. The officers do have discretion to invite outside of this criteria if they feel there is reason enough to do so.

 SLAVE AUCTION:

We had our third slave auction this month auctioning off the time of 4 guildies. It went really well and raised over 2000 gold for the guild bank.

CHANGE IN LOOT RULES:

The trial looting system was abandoned. Our loot rules are back to as they were before.

 VENT:

Please do not create new rooms in vent unless your name is Aleesha, Burnall or Lavin.

BANK:

Please do not send old world mats to guild bank. These are not needed. Please do not send any low level items to guild bank. Only send items relevant to Northrend.

RAIDING:

Our new raiding schedule includes 2 x 10 man ulduar raid from Monday to Thursday. There will be one sign up sheet only and the 2 groups will be split as per raid commanders before raid starts. This has been quite successful in the few days we have been running it this way.

A Progression Team of 10 people with some alts standing by will be created in order for AR to progress in guild ranking. The team will be picked by Raid Commanders. Please do not whisper them to get an invite. The progression team will schedule 2 runs per week at evening time and any other time they can all get together. The raid ID will be extended indefiniately. The group will run as a hardcore raid.

Friday evening is 25 man ulduar raid time and since this meeting we have got down the Iron Counsel on 25 man.

BEHAVIOR IN RAIDS:

Burnall will be monitoring all raids for behavior and flasks, repair etc etc being done before the raid.

 GUILD BANK CHARITY SLAVE AUCTION:

This was once again very successful with over 1,000 gold being collected for guild bank.

Gryxgore bought by Burnall for 55 gold.

Radiator bought by Wardemons for 250 gold.

Wardemons bought by Astispion for 250 gold.

Azulwraithe bought by Macaster for 240 gold.

Scizzor bought by Nightforge for 250 gold.

CHANGE IN LOOT RULES:

A duel spec character will now be viewed as a "whole" character. Their ability to duel spec will no longer be vewed as main set and off set, but rather as parts of the same "whole" character. Therefore, if an item of loot drops that is an upgrade for either spec then you may roll on that item of loot if it is an upgrade for your character.  Once you have won an item of gear, the same rules apply as before in that you will take a backseat to those who have not won even if you roll higher than them.

You are no longer forced to roll on an item just because it is an upgrade. You may choose if you wish to roll or not.

The above is a trial looting process that will be in effect for 1-month or until the next guild meeting. At that time we will decide whether to incorporate it as accepted.

PUGGABLE RAIDS:

Naxx 10 and 20; VOA: OS. These raids are now puggable. There will be some scheduled naxx runs and if you wish you may save your ID for them.

RAID SCHEDULE:

Ulduar 10 will be scheduled at 3:30 server and 7:30 server Monday thru Thursday. Friday evening Ulduar 25. Weekends open for continuations or old world runs. All of this is subject to change if necessary.

RAIDING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Once you have signed up for a raid you are responsible for being at your keys when the RC is inviting; being repaired; having flasks ready; making sure chores at home that could be completed are done before raid; having your drinks and snack already at your computer station; after invite heading straight to the stone. In other words please be ready to raid at raid time. In this way we will be successful.  If AR is to progress we need members who are focused and ready to run the raid to the best of their ability.

BANKING:

Donations to guild bank help the flow of money out to help with repairs. The more coming in to be sold or help guild, the more can be used on helping with raid repairs etc. Do not donate grey items or low level items. The bank is a swinging door and it swings both ways.

CHARITY AUCTION:

We had fun with our first guild bank charity auction. Two guildies were auctioned giving 2 hours of their time to help the person who bid highest in anyway that person wished. This raised almost 1,000 gold for the guild bank.

BEHAVIOR:

Some complaints have come to my attention this month in regards to being harassed by guild mates, being put down, having abilities in the game questioned, putting down a persons gear. Also complaints about being harassed or stalked by other guild members. Generally taking joking too far and basically making someone's online life a misery.  For all the above the guild has zero tolerance. Any complaint such as these will be seriously attended to resulting in the person guilty of such things being asked to leave the guild. Any complaint such as the above should be brought to an officer or myself immediately.

CLASS COMMANDERS:

The Commander rank has now become Class Commander. Guild members should feel free to approach a Class Commander with questions regarding their class or the game in general. More CC will be promoted as it becomes appropriate.

SWEARING:

There has been a marked increase in the amount of swearing and cussing on vent and in game chat. Everyone who joins the guild is told to read our guild rules and raid rules and agrees to abide by them. We value our young players and want to see them continue to be able to play wow. We do not want the parent of a young player passing the computer to see swearing and cussing being spoken or typed.

 RAIDING:

Raiding has gone fairly well this month. We need more recruits that can raid.

Minutes May 30, 2009

RAIDING:

1.  Conduct was discussed with emphasis on the fact that the Raid Commander's voice is the only one that should be heard.

2.  No idle chatter during fight explanations.

3.   If you sign up for a raid please do attend that raid.  Although our real life sometimes interferes, this is not always the case. Take your commitment to signing for a raid seriously, other people count on you.

LOOT:

1.  If you roll late for an item and happen to roll high, you cannot decide to let that roll count for the next item rolled for. If you roll late, you will be required to roll again for the next item whether your roll is a high or low number. (This was an actual incident that happened and the person won the second item.)

2.  Accept losing the roll gracefully. No whining, no whispering the person who won and asking them if they really want the item, no telling the raid how much you needed the item.

NAXX 25-MAN:

1. Even if you have all the gear you need from 25 Naxx, you did not get it alone, you got it with the help of your guildmates. Be honorable and run 25 man Naxx to allow your fellow guildies to also acquire 213 gear and complete their sets.

BANK MONEY:

1. Bank monies are to assist the guild. I have implemented allowing a little repair money for Master Sergeant upward. It cannot cover all your raid repairing, but it will assist a little. The more donations that come to the bank, the larger an amount can be used for guild raid repair.

Minutes April 25, 2009

VENT:

1. The full spelling of your main char name is the only name acceptable for vent sign in. No shortened version, added numbers or nicknames are necessary or needed.

2. The best way to get to know people in the guiild is to sign in to vent on a regular basis.

3. New members and old members must have vent for raid communication.

BANK:

1. Explanation of bank shut down in the case of hackers etc.

2. All members can now withdraw from tab #1 of the bank. All members can deposit to tab #2 of the bank.

3. Donations are welcome.

RANKS:

1. When the ranks changed nobody was demoted. Do not compare the rank you have now with your old rank. Class commander and Honor Guard were deleted to allow for movement via promotion of guild members. Honor guard is now for all guildies and not just for raiders.

2. The only officer position is Field Marshall. Commander and Raid Commander is a senior person in the guild, but not an officer.

RAIDING:

1. Conduct was discussed in length. The lack of focus. Too much chatting, resulting in missing directions given by the Raid Commander.

2. The Raid Commander's voice is the only one that should be heard.

3. Be prepared with repair, flasks, elixirs etc.etc. before the raid begins.

4. AFK is becoming a problem that is slowing the raids down to the point of boredom and lack of advancement.

5. Those people who now have all the gear they desire from naxx, please remember where and how you got that loot. Some of your fellow guild members still need their gear and depend on your help.

RAID LOOT:

1.  Gear drops  will be class specific in that if the highest level of gear a person can use is cloth and it is a cloth drop, then the cloth wearer will take precedence over the plate wearer.

2. If the loot is gear with hit rating then casters will take precedence; if the loot is mp5 then healers will take precedence.

KEY DROP FROM SAPPHIRON:

1. Raid Commanders will receive the key drop first; Officers will receive the key drop next and the the roll will go to GM and general guild members.
